Ludhiana (Punjab), December 21, 2025: National BJP leader Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal Bhukhri Kalan has praised Union Home and Cooperation Minister Shri Amit Shah for highlighting 11 years of transformational infrastructure growth, calling it a defining force behind New India’s infrastructure revolution.
In a statement, Grewal said he salutes Shri Amit Shah with “deep respect and gratitude” for his visionary address at the CREDAI National Conclave 2025 in New Delhi. He said the articulation reflected strong and decisive leadership, marked by integrity, meticulous planning, and a clear national purpose aimed at building a future-ready India.
Sharing his views on social media platform X, Grewal noted that Shri Amit Shah rightly emphasized landmark initiatives such as the National Infrastructure Pipeline, Bharatmala, Sagarmala, and Parvatmala, which have significantly strengthened urban development and positioned India among the world’s leading infrastructure nations. These initiatives, he said, have translated into visible outcomes by enhancing connectivity, accelerating growth, and boosting national capacity across regions.
Grewal further lauded the Union Minister’s emphasis on sustainable and responsible urban development, stating that promoting green building norms, energy-efficient designs, water recycling, rainwater harvesting, and scientific waste management reflects a farsighted approach where development goes hand in hand with environmental responsibility.
Highlighting RERA as a historic structural reform, Grewal said the focus on protecting homebuyers, ensuring transparency in property transactions, and improving construction quality has restored trust and accountability in the real estate sector. He added that progressive steps towards next-generation GST reforms and reductions in GST on key building materials have eased the burden on both builders and buyers.
Grewal also appreciated the insights shared by Union Minister Shri Bhupender Yadav, who described the real estate sector as a vital nation-building force aligned with India’s Net Zero 2070 goals. He said the emphasis on climate-resilient urban planning, sustainable mobility, enhanced green cover, and heat-adaptive solutions underlines sustainability as the foundation of India’s future growth.
“This is leadership rooted in vision, compassion, and courage. Under the decisive guidance of Shri Amit Shah, New India is rising with responsibility, pride, and purpose,” Grewal said.
