New Delhi, May 25 : Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has described Delhi High Court judgment that Delhi’s anti-corruption branch (ACB) must take orders from AAP government, as embarrassing for the Centre. In a series of tweets, Mr Kejriwal said the High Court has struck down Centre's efforts to weaken the Anti Corruption Bureau by making it clear that Centre has no jurisdiction to pass notification on Anti Corruption Bureau's powers. Media reports that in a huge setback for the Centre, Delhi High Court today said Union Home Ministry cannot issue notification to curtail Delhi government's jurisdiction. Last week, the Centre had said that its officers could not be investigated by the Anti-Corruption Bureau of the Delhi government because it does not have the right to intervene in matters of land, the Delhi Police, or the appointments of key bureaucrats.
