Patna, Apr 18 A complaint case was filed against senior BJP leader and union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad, BJP MLAs- Arun Kumar Sinha and Nitin Navin and four others in the court of chief judicial magistrate here today in a case related to manhandling and loot.
The petitioner filed the complaint case against Mr Prasad and others by making them named accused in the court of chief judicial magistrate (In charge) Kumar Gunjan.
The complaint case had been filed under sections 147, 323, 397 and 392 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) in the court, which posted the matter for next hearing on April 22 this year.
According to the complaint case, the named accused along with BJP workers had allegedly manhandled and looted the petitioner and others at Patna Airport on March 26 this year.Agency
