DC and SSP expresses gratitude to all front line workers

Barnala, 8 April 2020: To appreciate the efforts and services of health and other departments against corona virus, Barnala police personal gave guard of honour to them in the presence of Deputy Commissioner Mr. Tej Partap Singh Phoolka and SSP Mr. Sandeep Goyal. Police express gratitude towards civil administration officials, various departments and sanitary workers on the occasion.
Deputy Commissioner Mr. Tej Partap Singh Phoolka complimented the police personnel, medical and paramedical staff, sanitary workers and various frontline departments for their efforts and services. On the occasion Additional Deputy Commissioner (G) Madam Roohi Dhug, Civil Surgeon Dr. Gurinderbir Singh and other officers were also present.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner inaugurated the sanitization chamber, which has been set up by the District Administration at the Civil Hospital, Barnala with the help of Solver Software Company. This Chamber takes only 10 seconds to sanitize the whole body. Deputy Commissioner Mr. Phoolka said that the body must be sanitized to prevent from corona virus. For this purpose
sanitization chamber has been set up at civil hospital and more chamber would be set up soon.
Meanwhile, Deputy Commissioner and Additional Deputy Commissioner appreciated the services of sanitary workers at Municipal Council Office Barnala. Mr. Phoolka also distributed masks and sanitizers to sanitary workers. Deputy Commissioner said that sanitary workers are frontline warriors in war against covid-19. To express the gratitude toward their services, sanitary workers of remaining MCs will also be encouraged. In addition, the Deputy Commissioner flagged off a fire tender for pace of sanitization at Barnala.
