Fatehgarh Sahib. April 08, 2020: On the written information forwarded by a Sarpanch of a village falling in Bassi Pathana sub division, the district administration has taken into custody an alleged Jamaati from the village and isolated him in civil hospital Bassi Pathana and took his throat sample, whereas the isolated persons have denied any link with Jamaatis.
Dr. N.K.Aggarwal Civil Surgeon said that a Sarpanch of village wrote to the district administration about the presence of an alleged Jamaati in the village with his relatives. The district administration immediately took him to hospital isolated and took his throat sample. He said the alleged Jamaati has refused joining any event at Nizamuddin in Delhi. He said that apprehending any action the Jamaatis may hide their identity, but the department does not want to take any risk, so he was isolated and sample was taken.
Meanwhile it is a big relief to the administration and people of the district that the samples of all the 15 close contacts of the two Jamaati women who were found positive in the district were found negative, said Civil Surgeon.
