Ferozepur: 44 Common Service Centres opened to withdraw pension by following curfew instructions
Ferozepur, April 11, 2020: For the convenience of the pensioners and also to avoid crowding at the banks, Deputy Commissioner, Kulwant Singh has ordered the opening of 44 Common Service Centres set up in the villages, during the curfew period from 9 am to 2 pm, by following the curfew instructions.
Meanwhile, Kulwant Singh, DC also appealed to the pensioners to cooperate while visiting the CSCs to withdraw the pension amount, to maintain the status of zero-positive district from coronavirus so far.
DC said, the orders have been issued to avoid any inconvenience to the pensioners.
Pawan Arora, District Manager, Common Service Centre said, the owners of the CSC have been directed that they will work strictly as per the instructions of the Punjab government Health Department and maintain social distancing.
He said, in case anyone is found violating the rules, the licence of his centre will be cancelled.
