Amritsar: Power Corporation releases alternate numbers to lodge complaints

Amritsar January 19, 2022: In order to provide better facilities to the consumers for registration of their complaints, PSPCL chief engineer distribution border zone Er. Sakattar Singh Dhillon has released a list of alternate numbers other than 1912.
Er. Sakattar Singh Dhillon said that it has been observed that in unavoidable situations such as heavy rainfall accompanied by dust and windstorm, the consumers face disruption in the power supply.
Following this, the number of calls to lodge complaints shoots up causing congestion due to the rush on helpline number 1912.
