Mohali: 792 new COVID cases, 4 deaths, 609 recoveries
Mohali, April 19, 2021:
Mohali district reported 792 new COVID-19 cases on Monday. 4 deaths due to COVID were also reported in the last 24 hours from the district. Along with this, 609 COVID positive patients have been cured on Monday.
It is to be noted that the district reported a total of 880 COVID positive cases on Sunday, which was highest single-day spike.
Mohali Deputy Commissioner Girish Dayalan informed that 65 positive cases were found in Derabassi, 331 in Dhakoli, 3 in Lalru, 11 in Boothgarh, 43 in Gharuan, 102 in Kharar, 14 in Kurali, 1 in Banur and 222 in urban Mohali.
He disclosed that district's COVID tally is 36865, total cured are 29969, total active cases are 6390 and total deaths reported are 506.
