Cricketer Mohammed Siraj assumes charge as DSP in Telangana

Hyderabad (Telangana), October 12, 2204: Indian cricketer Mohammed Siraj has officially assumed his role as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Telangana after reporting to the Director General of Police (DGP) on Friday.
The appointment comes after the commitment made by Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, who had earlier declared that Siraj would receive a Group-I government role in acknowledgment of his exceptional contributions to cricket and his representation of India internationally.
