  Mohali (Punjab), November 29, 2025: In a major administrative move, the Punjab Government has issued a fresh notification announcing the expansion of the Mohali Municipal Corporation’s jurisdiction. As per the new order, a total of 14 villages have been officially included under the Mohali Municipal Corporation.
  
  The newly added villages include Lakhnour, Landran, Balongi, Balyali, Ballo Majra, Nanu Majra, Mauli Baidwan, Sambhalki, along with several others.
