Gunshots fired at Punjabi Radio Station in Surrey
Surrey, October 1, 2025: Unidentified assailants fired gunshots at Punjabi Radio Station in Surrey. Host of the Radio Jasbir Romana disclosed that the Radio is owned by prominent Punjab origin Canadian Kulwant Singh Dhesi.
He said that Shots were fired on the front entrance of our studio last night. He said that they all are safe & as a team are together on this & will keep talking on the issues that matter .Even though it was holiday today but we are LIVE ON AIR
He further disclosed that incidents of firing on houses and commercial establishments in Surrey and nearby areas is a continuing process.

The relief is that no one was injured in the incident because no one was inside the station at the time. At present, police are investigating and urging people to come forward with any information."
