Capt. Amarinder Singh discharged from Fortis Hospital

Mohali, February 14, 2026: Former Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh has been discharged from Fortis hospital after successful operation.
Former Chief Minister of Punjab, Capt Amarinder Singh, was admitted to Fortis Hospital Mohali for a routine knee replacement on 9th February 2026. He underwent a successful Unilateral Unicondylar Knee Replacement surgery on 10th February.
The procedure was conducted by a team of doctors led by Dr Harsimran Singh, Director, Orthopaedics.
Giving details, Dr Harsimran Singh said, "Capt Amarinder Singh had an uneventful intra-op course and a successful post-op recovery. His walk post-procedure was painfree, and he was discharged from Fortis Hospital Mohali in a satisfactory condition."
