  Three IAS officers assigned new roles in latest reshuffle

  New Delhi, May 9, 2025: In a minor bureaucratic reshuffle, the competent authority has announced new assignments for three IAS officers in Delhi. Notably, Kaushal Raj Sharma, an IAS officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre, has been transferred to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi (GNCTD) to take charge as CEO of the Delhi Jal Board.
  
  The key appointments are as follows:
  - Anil Kumar (IAS: 1995: AGMUT) has been appointed as Principal Secretary (Services) and will hold additional charge as Principal Secretary (Environment) and Secretary (Environment & Forests).
  - Shilpa Shinde (IAS: 2006: AGMUT) has been appointed as Commissioner & Secretary (Development) with the additional responsibility of Secretary (Cooperation).
  - Kaushal Raj Sharma (IAS: 2006: UP) has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, Delhi Jal Board.
