New Delhi, November 25, 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to chair this year’s DGP/IGP Conference, where top policing and intelligence officials will deliberate on emerging security challenges, including the rise of “white-collar” terror networks, evolving radicalisation patterns, Naxal activities and the growing role of artificial intelligence in crime and terror investigations.
The annual conference, organised by the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, brings together chiefs of police forces, intelligence agencies and central investigative bodies.
This year’s meeting will be held in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh, from November 28 to 30, with both the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister participating.
Senior officials are currently finalising presentations on sophisticated terror modules involving highly educated operatives. The issue has gained urgency after the November 10 blast in Delhi that claimed 13 lives. Investigators say the incident has exposed a worrying trend of professionals, including doctors, being drawn into terror activities.
