  Sunam, December 17, 2025: Former Finance Minister Parminder Singh Dhindsa received a big shot in arm when his three supporters won in Block Samiti in Sunam and his native village Ubhawal.
  
  According to information shared by his team, in Uppali Parmjit Singh won by 494 votes, Kheri zone was won by Raja ji by 136 votes and in Ubhawal native village of Dhindsa Chhinderpal won by 600 votes.
