Fatehgarh Sahib. May 02, 2020: Pilgrims returned from Sri Hazoor sahib have expressed satisfaction over the arrangements made by the district administration for their quarantine at the Sarai of historical Gurdwara Fatehgarh Sahib. They thanked the state government for their safe return in special buses and the well maintained quarantine facilities provided to them.
Paramjit Kaur of village Baraktpur who was quarantined in the sarai said that they were getting food and tea three times a day and they also get milk at night. She further said that when they had arrived at district hospital, Fatehgarh Sahib the district administration had handed over the special kits to them which had masks, soaps, tooth brush, paste etc. For all these arrangements they were thankful to the district administration.
Similarly, expressing the satisfaction regarding the arrangements made Gurpreet Singh of Reona Niwan village said that they had been quarantined in a very clean environment and all the necessary facilities were available and they were not facing any kind of problem. Moreover, they were strictly following all the instructions given by the health department. He further disclosed that the officials were continuously asking about their needs which was quite a supportive gesture.
Amrit Kaur Gill, Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib said that the district administration had made all the arrangements to control the corona virus. All the required facilities have been provided in all the quarantine centers of the district and administration was ensuring that the people those who were quarantined would not face any kind of problem.
