Coronavirus recovered patients share stories of survival and hope
Ferozepur, September 4, 2020: As the worldwide number of positive coronavirus cases rises across the word, some people, who have recovered from the virus infection, are sharing their stories of survival with the concerted efforts to control Covid-19.
From sharing tips on how not to lose hope to utilizing their time in the hospital, lot of people have recovered from Covid-19 are thanking the medical staff for taking care of them.
Covid-19 survivors, who have been discharged after complete recovery from the Civil Hospital urged people not to lose hope on the system and follow government guidelines to defeat the corona virus pandemic.
Surviror, Amarjit Kaur sharing her experience after having a corona positive report said, she was admitted to the government hospital at Guruharsahai, where she was cured of the virus with the best treatment by the medical team.
Another Covid-19 patient, Tanvi, a resident of Pioneer Colony, shared her thoughts after getting treatment at the Government Hospital, Ferozepur, saying that she was admitted to the hospital for 20 days, where she was able to beat the corona virus. She praised the treatment, care and other facilities available at Civil Hospital. She refuted the rumours of poor treatment in government hospitals and appealed to the people to get tested and start treatment without any delay on feeling the symptoms.
Jasbir Singh, Sarpanch of Mohan K Utaar village, who too defeated the corona virus, shared his information and said that some people were spreading misinformation through social media, which could lead us to lag behind in the fight against Covid-19. He said apart from abiding the guidelines, one should develop self-confidence to defeat the diseas adding that doctors, nurses and family mebers boost his mental courtage which helped me a lot. He said, we must stay away from rumors and help government agencies and the health department and be ready for testing and treatment.
