Farmers give call to boycott products of Corporate Houses, protest on railway track continue on 6th day
Feerozepur, September 29, 2020: Thousands of farmers, labourers and family members continued their protest on the railway tracks for the 6th day against passing of three anti-farmer agriculture Bills.
Giving a warning to the Modi government to roll back the three Bills, from the railway tracks, State President Satnam Singh Pannu, Vice President Jasbir Singh Pidi, District President Inderjit Singh Bath, Ranbir Singh Thatta, Meher Singh Talwandi, Gursahib Singh Pahunwind invied the people of Punjab, to boycott the branded products of Corproate Houses including Reliance.
The farmers leaders further appealed to the BJP MPs and MLAs from various states to resign as a revolt against the Modi government and urged Duyanwant Chautala of the Jannaik Party in Haryana to leave the BJP government and stand with the farmers.
The farmers 'leaders supported the Bharti Kisan Union Ekta (Ugrahan) to gehrao th Corporate House rom October 1 apart from rail-roko action.
On this occasion the farmers leaders strongly demanded that the three anti-farmer labor ordinances and black laws should be repealed, the Punjab government should convene a session of the Vidhan Sabha and pass a law to repeal the three agriculture ordinances and cancel the amendment in the APMC Act made on August 14, 2017. Apart from this, they also demanded to waive off the entire loans of the farmers and labourers, implement Dr.Swaminathan’s report in toto and ensure the guaranteed marketing of all crops.
