Amit Shah and other Union Ministers meet after farmers rejected Govt’s offer
New Delhi, November 30,2020: After farmers rejected offer of the Government to shift to Burari ground for talks to resume, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh and Agriculture Minister Narendra Tomar met late last night at house of BJP National President JP Nadda.
It is learnt that they pondered over how to move forward to break the impasse and resolve the crisis which has gripped the Government and National Capital.
It is learnt the meeting went over for more than two hours. Immediate reaction of the leaders was not available.
It is worth mentioning here that Farmer organizations had not only rejected government offer but also termed Burari ground an open jail.
