Delhi, January 08, 2021: Deadlock continues between the Kisan leaders and ministers over farm bills. The eight meeting of the farmers' unions with the ministers of central government is presently going on at the Vigyan Bhawan here.
During the meeting, the farmers' leaders also showed a paper to the government mentioning 'yaa karaange yaa maraange' (either we will do it or we will die).
There was a lunch break started at around 3.15 pm after the partial talks between both the groups.

As per the reliable sources, the government has already made it clear to the farmers during the beginning of the meeting that the agriculture ordinances will not be repealed.
The Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) has sent a 'Langar' van for the farmers' leaders inside the Vigyan Bhawan.
Manjinder Singh Sirsa, the president of DSGMC said that the government should listen to the demands of the farmers, which are quite geniune.
Taking jibes on the Modi government, Sirsa added the government is defaming the farmers by calling them 'terrorists' which is shameful.
He said the farmers are holding the agitation in a democratic manner and there is no point to defame them as they are fighting for their rights.
