Wont allow business over hunger, says Rakesh Tikait on PM’s RS address
New Delhi, February 8, 2021: Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi speech in Rajya Sabha in reply to motion of thanks to President address where he assured that MSP is there to stay, Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) spokesperson Rakesh Tikait asserted the farmers business over hunger will not be allowed in the country.
“Tikait said that business over food will not be allowed in the country,” he said.
Referring to Modi’s address, Rakesh said that farmers never said that MSP is ending. He said that farmers are demanding a law on minimum support price (MSP) for crops along with repeal of all three farm laws.
