'Puchta hai Matdata' organised at Chandigarh Press Club (Watch Video)

Chandigarh, November 28, 2021: An event 'Puchta hai Matdata' was organized by Chandigarh Residents Association Welfare Federation (Regd.) Crawfed at Chandigarh Club today.
The purpose of the event was to have interaction among residents of Chandigarh And presidents of Political Parties ahead of Chandigarh Municipal Corporation Polls.
The event was attended by representatives of more than 100 RWA's. Party President Arun Sood from Bharatiya Janata Party, Convenor of Aam Admi party Prem Garg, Vice President from Congress Pradesh Committee Pawan Sharma, President Shiromani Akali Dal - Chd. Unit Hardeep Singh presented their party's vision regarding the upcoming municipal corporation elections.
They answered the questions of the public regarding the development of Chandigarh, high taxes being charged by Municipal Corporation, garbage Segregation and its timely lifting from the residential area, garbage processing, and shifting of garbage from dumping ground Dadumajra.
Rajat Malhotra General Secretary of Crawfed raised the issue of need-based changes in dwelling units of Chandigarh Housing Board, which were promised by political leaders, but not been fulfilled to date.
The program was chaired by Hitesh Puri and hosted by Dr. Anish Garg, Umesh Ghai General Secretary CRAWFED asked all political parties what services they offered to the general public during the corona period.
