Sheetal Angural to be BJP candidate for Jalandhar West bypolls

Chandigarh, June 17, 2024: BJP leader Sheetal Angural will be the BJP candidate for Jalandhar West bypolls. Jalandhar West is reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes.
The byelection in this reserved seat was necessitated after sitting AAP MLA Sheetal Angural resigned after joining the BJP in March.
After polling is held on July 10, the result will be declared on July 13.
