The Haryana Government has announced participation in the nationwide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 (NWDLC), being conducted by the Government of India from November 1 to 30, 2025. The state-wide drive aims to make it easier for pensioners to submit Digital Life Certificates (DLCs) for timely and uninterrupted pension disbursement.

Rakesh Rathee has been designated as the State Nodal Officer, while all Treasury Officers of Haryana (including Chandigarh) have been appointed Sub-Nodal Officers for their respective districts.
