Haryana CM Saini pays tribute at Sri Fatehgarh Sahib

Fatehgarh Sahib (Punjab), December 26, 2025: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Thursday paid heartfelt tributes at Gurudwara Sri Fatehgarh Sahib and Gurdwara Baba Moti Ram Mehra, remembering the supreme sacrifices made by the Sahibzadas and the family of Guru Gobind Singh Ji for the protection of religion and society.
Calling the occasion deeply meaningful and a matter of pride, the Chief Minister said that the nation today observes Veer Bal Diwas in honour of the unmatched bravery and martyrdom of the young Sahibzadas.

He recalled that between December 20 and December 27, the entire family of Guru Gobind Singh Ji made extraordinary sacrifices, which continue to inspire generations.
“These sacrifices are the reason we can breathe freely in the open air today,” Saini said, paying homage to their courage and steadfast faith.
Highlighting the greatness of Sikh history, the Chief Minister said that the martyrdom at Fatehgarh Sahib stands unparalleled in world history. He noted that despite facing severe atrocities and temptations, the young Sahibzadas never bowed before injustice nor retreated from defending their faith and the nation.
He added that the legacy of sacrifice, resilience and righteousness shown at Fatehgarh Sahib remains a guiding light for the country and a timeless symbol of courage and devotion.
