Congress appoints Vipan Taneja as party observer for Garhshanker MC polls

Nawanshahr (Punjab) May 6,2026: The senior Congress leader from Nawanshahr,Vipan Taneja, has been appointed party observer for the ensuing MC polls at the nearby town of Garhshanker, falling in the district Hoshiarpur.
While expressing gratitude towards the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee for the assignment, Vipan Taneja, said that he would put his best and dedicated efforts to field Candidates belonging to Congress ideology, who could win local body election to serve the common man as well as strengthening the party at the grassroots level in the run-up to the assembly polls next year
