  Sangrur, April 14, 2015: All arrangements for counting of votes for Dhuri By-election are complete in all aspects at Desh Bhagat College Baradwal. The counting of votes will be on April 15 under strict security arrangements. The returning officer cum SDM Dhuri Rajesh Dhiman said that 14 tables have been put up and sufficient staff has been put on duty for the purpose. The ECI Observer S M Sarkunde IAS will remain present during the counting process.
