  Chandigarh, August 7, 2025: Punjab and Haryana High Court has stayed Land Pooling scheme being implemented by the Punjab Government till further orders.
  
  Charanjpal Singh Bagri Lawyer for the 102 petitioners whose 250 acre land is being acquired under the scheme gave details how High Court has stayed this policy on piece of land which they had prayed for in their petition. He also clarified that second petition is separate from this case.
