Blind in love of Pakistani boy, Indian girl travels from Odisha to Punjab to cross over to neighboring country

Gurdaspur, April 7, 2021: An Indian girl was so blind in love a Pakistani boy that these travelled from Odisha India to Punjab to cross border to Pakistan but nabbed by security forces.
Girl hailed from Orissa and had come to Dera Baba Nanak to cross the border and meet her boyfriend. When the girl was trying to cross border she was caught by BSF with the helpf of women constables and was handed over to Dera Baba Nanak Police.
DSP Dera Baba Nanak Kanwalpreet Singh disclosed that girl of about 25 year old and is married for last six years. About two years ago she downloaded Auzar app on her mobile and started chatting on the app. She had come to her parent’s home in Orissa since last two months. She met one Mohd. Waqqar through online app and started chatting with him. They also exchanged their whatsapp numbers. Pakistani boy asked her to come to Pakistan via Kartarpur Sahib corridor through Dera Baba Nanak. She agreed to the proposal and caome to Delhi from Orissa and later to Amritsar by bus. On April 5 she reached Sri Darbar Sahib Amritsar and on next day she came to Dera Baba Nanak.
DSP further disclosed that this girl reached near corridor in Dera Baba Nanak. BSF told her that this corridor is closed due to COVID-19 and without passport it is impossible to visit Pakistan. Meanwhile SHO Anil Pawar came to know about the girl and took her to police station. She was found carrying 60 gm gold ornaments besides other articles. SHO disclosed that when the Punjab Police contacted Orissa Police it was told that her husband has filed a missing persons report with the police. Now police has called family to Dera Baba Nanak to hand her over to family.
