Jalandhar, November 18, 2018: A three-day mega job fair of District Administration, Jalandhar and CT Group of Institutions has kicked off at CT Polytechnic College, Shahpur campus today. The job fair will conclude on November 20, 2018 and the students of X passed, XII passed, UG/PG/Diploma and ITI will participate.
On the first day, more than 750 students registered from Doaba region and have a golden chance to get selected by more than 40 companies. Companies namely Red Carpet, Verka Diary, Pukhraj Health Care, OLA Aggregators, Tata BSS, ICICI and Metro etc participated on the first day of the fair.
Honorable Member of Parliament Santokh S Chaudhary paid a visit in a job fair along with ADC Jitendra Jorwal. They were accompanied by Vice Chairman of CT Group Harpreet Singh and Campus Director Dr. G S Kalra.
While appreciating the efforts of organizing this job fair, Honorable Member of Parliament Santokh S Chaudhary said, “This is a great platform in order raise the employment opportunities for the young generation and the response has been outstanding. The key motive is to give maximum number of jobs to the pass out students and for those as well who are looking for jobs.”
Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman, CT Group of Institutions congratulated the shortlisted candidates for the jobs on the first day and expressed his contentment by virtue of the fact that the institutions always work towards providing employment opportunities for the students.
