Jalandhar, October 17, 2017: CT Group organised a mega event for celebrating the festival of Diwali on a grand level with our students at its Shahpur and Maqsudan Campus. At the carnival, there was a display of more than 60 stalls beautiful handicrafts, antiques, games, eatables.
At the event, there were various food items including soft and hard Beverages, Counters of Delhi and Bombay street food, Games stalls, Mechanical and manual rides and Cultural heritage of India linked to the festival of lights Diwali. The carnival was the collective effort of the students of CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur and Maqsudan Campus under the guidance of their Faculty members.
The students enjoyed every bit of the event by playing different Fun games, Tug of War, Build & Wrap Up, Adventure with Bindi, Put the Coin-win the Coin, Centre shock, Park the Car, Break the Glass, Break the Balloon, Black Hole, Fun Zone, Balloon Pyramid and Tambola, Zaika-E-Patrakarita and others.
Dr. G.S. Kalra (Campus Director, CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus) said that Other than academics, students have special talents to further shine at the national and international level. So, our institutions always make sure to devise out such events to motivate such extraordinary students to excel. Diwali Carnival is providing the students plenty of healthy opportunities to showcase their innovativeness in almost all areas. Such platforms inculcate a true competitive spirit among students.
