All India Muslim Personal Law Board to file review Petition in SC on Ayodhya verdict, Declines to accept 5 acre land
New Delhi, November 17, 2019 : All India Muslim Personal Law Board has decided to file review petition in Supreme Court on Ayodhya dispute verdict.
Decision to this effect was taken today by the AIMPLB in a meeting at Lucknow. It said that it will file review petition within 30 days on Ramjanambhumi-Babri Masjit Title suit. It also said that it will not accept five acre land to be given to it for construction of Mosque as per verdict.
It said that Islamic law does not permits to accept to build a mosque at some other site in a situation like this, although mosques are essential for the religious practice of Muslims.
