  Nangal, December 3, 2025: Union Jal Shakti Ministry has formed a high level 10 member committee for carrying out desilting of Bhakhra Dam. This will be first time ever since Dam has been constructed that desilting will take place. Among others Chief Engineer level official has also been included in the committee.
