  Chandigarh, February 14, 2025- The Congress party has changed the party in-charges of 11 states including Punjab and Haryana, Himachal and Chandiagrh UT. Former Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel has been appointed in-charge of Punjab, while BK Hariprasad has been appointed in-charge of Haryana, while Rajni Patil has been appointed in-charge of Himachal Pradesh and Chandigarh.
