Youth Clubs steer path towards ‘Rangla Punjab’ in Ferozepur Leadership Program

Ferozepur, August 3, 2025: As part of the Punjab Government’s mission to create Rangla Punjab - a drug-free and vibrant Punjab, a Youth Club Leadership Training Program was organized at Government Senior Secondary Smart School, Arif Ke. The event was held under the ‘War Against Drugs’ campaign and witnessed enthusiastic participation from local youth leaders.
Ferozepur Urban MLA Ranbir Singh Bhullar attended the program as the chief guest and encouraged the youth to take charge of Punjab’s future. He emphasized that this initiative by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann will guide the younger generation in a positive direction. Youth representatives, including Harmit Singh Khai, Youth President of Ferozepur Urban constituency, were also present during the two-day training session.
MLA Bhullar delivered a strong message on eradicating drug abuse and corruption from Punjab, while also promoting a sports-oriented lifestyle. He said the vision of a ‘Rangla Punjab’ lies in the hands of the youth, and it is their responsibility to contribute to the state's well-being. By forming youth clubs, young people will not only raise awareness about the harmful effects of drugs but also focus their energy on games and physical activities.
He urged the youth to follow the teachings of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh and Baba Saheb Dr. B.R. Ambedkar played an active role in guiding society in the right direction.
During the session, other youth leaders also shared their experiences and inspired participants to stay away from drugs and contribute positively to their communities. The attendees collectively pledged to eliminate drugs from their villages, encourage youth participation in sports, create job opportunities, and actively organize cultural and sports events.
