Chandigarh, September 12, 2025: Punjab Chief Minister today announced compenstion for flood loss. He announced that all the compensation will reach affected people in 30 to 40 days.
As per announcement:
1. Rs. 20,000 per acre for crop loss.
2. Rs. 37500 for per animal loss.
3. Rs. 40,000 for loss of house
He also said that the government has already given compensation to 42 families in death cases and remaining will get soon.
