AAP leads in Zila Parishad/Block Samiti elections (8.30 AM)

Chandigarh, December 18, 2025: AAP is leading in results of Zila Parishad and Block Samiti elections counting for which continued till late night.
As per latest statistics available, out of 347 Zila Parishad seats results are out for 145 seats in which AAP has secured 99 seats, Congress 26 seats, SAD11 seats, BJP 1 and Independent have won 3 seats.
Similarly for Block Samiti seats out of 2838 seats results are out for 2341 seats out of which AAP has won 1464 seats, Congress 409, Akali Dal 293, BJP 32 and Independent 143.
