Punjab Governor Kataria honours Sankalp IAS Achievers at Annual Parv Milan; Pictures Inside

Chandigarh, January 14, 2026: Punjab Governor and Administrator Chandigarh Shri Gulab Chand Kataria felicitated successful civil servants and selected candidates—alumni of Sankalp IAS, Chandigarh—at the annual ‘Parv Milan’ function held at Punjab Lok Bhawan.
Addressing the gathering, the Governor highlighted the role of civil servants as custodians of constitutional values and emphasised integrity, transparency and people-centric governance.
He honoured 20 serving officers from the IAS, IPS, IRS, IIS, HCS, PCS and AETC cadres for their contribution to public service.
The Governor also appreciated Sankalp IAS faculty and mentors for nurturing ethical and committed administrators, while the institute informed that its Chandigarh centre has guided 133 successful candidates, including 13 selections in the recent PCS results.
Several eminent dignitaries and senior officials were present on the occasion.
