  Mohali (Punjab), January 18, 2026: Punjab BJP president Sunil Jakhar, who was admitted to Fortis Hospital in Mohali on Sunday after experiencing chest pain, has now been discharged following medical evaluation.
  
  Hospital sources said that no major issue was detected in the angiography test, and his condition remained stable throughout his stay.
  
  Jakhar was kept under medical observation as a precaution, during which necessary tests were conducted.
