Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission Chairman Jasvir Singh Garhi today assured Sant Samaj of early resolution of the issue of demarcation of 36 acres of land in village Mohandpur, Tehsil Nangal, District Rupnagar.
Sant Samaj had appealed to Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission Chairman Jasvir Singh Garhi to resolve the issue of demarcation of the said land.
On which Jasvir Singh Garhi reached Dera Sant Baba Pritam Das Ji, Baba Jo, Raipur Rasulpur here, where after paying obeisance, he listened to the matter of Sant Samaj very carefully and assured them that this issue will be brought to the notice of Punjab Government. He said that all the steps related to land demarcation will be completed as soon as possible by involving the officials of the Revenue Department and Panchayat Department in this process.
Earlier, Garhi took blessings from Sant Baba Nirmal Das Ji. He called upon the Ravidas community to unite by following the teachings of Sri Guru Ravidas Maharaj so that the teachings of Guru Ji can be propagated to every corner of the world.
On this occasion, the Chairman of Shri Guru Ravidass Sadhu Samparday Society, Sant Baba Sarwan Das Ji Bohan, General Secretary Sant Baba Inder Das, Sant Baba Paramjit Das Nagar Treasurer, Sant Parshottam Das, Sant Jagir Singh, Sant Dharampal, Sant Sarwan Das Salem Tabari, Sant Baba Ramesh Das, Sant Baba Ram Sewak, Sant Baba Balkar Singh, Sant Baba Kuldeep Singh, Sant Baba Manjit Singh, Sant Baba Manhor Das, Sant Sansar Das, Sister Santosh Kumari, Sant Satwinder Singh Hira President etc. along with all the members of the Sadhu Samparday including Sahaban, Sarpanch Vijay Nangal, Jathedar Sant Man Singh, Jathedar Jagmohan Singh, Gurlal Saila etc. were also present.
