Implementing 1994 accord, Haryana to provide 10.4% water of Yamuna to Rajasthan

Chandigarh, February 18, 2026: 32 years after they concluded pact in 1994, Haryana and Rajasthan are all set to implement this accord paving way for providing 10.4% water of River Yamuna to Rajasthan.
According to details 265 kilometre pipelines will be laid for supply of this water. Negotiations were held between two states but no agreement could be reached on construction of canal and hence pipelines will be laid for supply of water.
