New Delhi, February 21,2026: Eight-year-old Ranvir Sachdeva has emerged as a symbol of India’s rapidly evolving technological future after becoming the youngest-ever keynote speaker at the India AI Impact Summit 2026, captivating the audience with his sharp insights on artificial intelligence and India’s role in shaping the global AI ecosystem.

Chairman of the $7-billion RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, Sanjiv Goenka, shared Ranvir’s inspiring journey in a post on X, calling it “a story that makes you hopeful about where the world is headed.”
“Watching his journey at such a young age is genuinely inspiring. Keep exploring, keep questioning and keep building. The world needs curious minds who aren’t afraid to think big,” Goenka wrote, adding that this generation is not waiting for the future — “they are already shaping it.”
A Prodigy from a Very Young Age
Ranvir Sachdeva’s achievements read like a roadmap of extraordinary milestones:

At age 4, his summer project on the Mars Mission was showcased on the website of NASA.

At age 5, he became the world’s youngest Apple Swift programmer and was invited by Tim Cook to attend the Worldwide Developers Conference at Apple headquarters in California.

At age 5, he was declared the youngest Green Yodha by Schneider Electric’s global CMO Chris Leong after sharing insights on sustainability and Net Zero at a global exposition.

At age 6, he became the world’s youngest TEDx speaker on technology and innovation (Artificial Intelligence), with his name registered in the Asia Book of Records.
India AI Impact Summit 2026
At the India AI Impact Summit 2026, Ranvir spoke with remarkable confidence on how different nations are developing AI and how India is charting its own path.
“I’m covering the different approaches which the rest of the nations are building AI. I’m talking about how India is building AI,” he said.
“I’m also sharing my own use case of an Indian AI model just released and how I’m contributing to India’s GDP and driving AI literacy with it.”
He further connected ancient Indian philosophies with modern technology, highlighting India’s vision of ethical, indigenous, and inclusive AI development.
Global Recognition
In September 2024, at just six years old, Ranvir became the youngest person ever invited by the United Nations to attend the 79th General Assembly – Summit of the Future at the UN Headquarters in New York. He was also recognised by UN Youth Affairs for his contributions towards the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) after meeting UN Assistant Secretary-General Felipe Paullier.
Youngest Keynote Speaker at 7
In July 2025, Ranvir, then aged seven, was invited by the Ministry of Education, Government of India, to speak on innovation in AI and digital technologies. The same month, he delivered a keynote address titled “Agents of Change: A 7-Year-Old’s Lens on Generation AI for Good” at the AI for Good Global Summit 2025 in Geneva, Switzerland.
Academic Brilliance
Ranvir’s academic assessments are equally exceptional. At the age of six, his Cambridge Assessments (CEM) indicated that his understanding of school subjects was at the level of a 14-year-old globally. He is currently pursuing a Machine Learning course at Harvard University.
