Haryana to conduct biometric verification of 3,246 Group-D recruits; Details Inside

Chandigarh, March 30, 2026: The Haryana Government has announced a statewide biometric verification drive for 13,246 candidates selected under Advertisement No. 01/2023 for Common Cadre Group-D posts.
The verification exercise will be carried out across all divisions under the supervision of Divisional Commissioners, while in Panchkula, it will be conducted at the level of the Deputy Commissioner.
As per the official schedule, the process will begin in Ambala Division on April 20, where 1,451 candidates will be verified. This includes 1,417 candidates currently working in various departments and 34 attached to the Divisional Commissioner’s office.
In Karnal Division, 1,662 candidates will undergo verification on April 21, followed by Rohtak Division, where the largest number—3,750 candidates—will be verified over two days, April 22 and 23.
The exercise will continue in Hisar Division on April 24 and 27, covering 2,918 candidates, while Faridabad Division will verify 960 candidates on April 28. In Gurugram Division, 1,841 candidates are scheduled for verification on April 29.
The final phase will take place in Panchkula on April 30, where 664 candidates, including those from Chandigarh and other remaining offices, will undergo biometric verification.
Authorities have directed all Divisional Commissioners and the Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula, to ensure smooth conduct of the process by deploying adequate staff and resources. They have also been asked to submit detailed reports on attendance and successful verification.
All Heads of Departments have been instructed to ensure that selected candidates report on their assigned dates. Nodal officers will be appointed at departmental and divisional levels to facilitate coordination and ensure timely participation.
