Three Bandi Singhs to walk out of Jail as High court suspends sentence

Chandigarh, April 23, 2026: Three Bandi Singhs Harcharan Singh Delhi, Ravinderpal Singh Mehna and Jagdev Singh Talania will walk out of Jail as Punjab and Haryana High Court has suspended their jail term.
Bench of Justice Harsimran Singh Sethi and Justice Deepak Manchanda hear their plea against their conviction by NIA court which had sentenced them for life term in 2024. In High Court Navkiran Singh represented Harcharan Singh, Senior Advocate Puran Singh represented Ravinderpal Singh and Advocate Balbir Singh Sewak represented Jagdev Singh. Case was pursued by Sikh Legal Assistance Board.
