Nayab Saini Celebrates Deepotsav with Elderly Residents in Panchkula
Chandigarh, October 21, 2025: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini celebrated the festival of Deepotsav with senior citizens at the Old Age Home in Sector 15, Panchkula. He was accompanied by his wife, Smt. Suman Saini, during the visit.
The Chief Minister extended heartfelt Diwali greetings to the elderly residents, distributed sweets, and joined them in lighting fireworks to mark the festival. Sharing moments of joy and warmth, he interacted with the residents and sought their blessings.
Describing the celebration as a touching and memorable experience, Chief Minister Saini said that the true essence of Deepotsav lies in spreading happiness and togetherness. “This festival reflects love, compassion, and human connection. Real celebration is when every face lights up with a smile and every heart glows with warmth,” he remarked.
On the occasion, former Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Gian Chand Gupta, District President Ajay Mittal, Secretary of District Red Cross Society Panchkula Savita Agarwal, and other dignitaries were also present.
