  Chandigarh, August 25, 2025 – In view of the flood situation, holidays have been declared in two Punjab districts—Pathankot and Hoshiarpur.
  
  The Deputy Commissioner of Pathankot has announced a holiday for all schools and colleges on August 26, while the Deputy Commissioner of Hoshiarpur has declared holidays for August 26 and 27 in all educational institutions across the district.
