*Evening Water Supply at low pressure on 4th & 5th April*

*Chandigarh, 02 April:, 2026: The Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh has informed that due to the replacement of the 1200 mm diameter PSC pipeline (Phase-III) with a spiral welded MS pipeline at Vidhya Valley and Shivalik Park, a shutdown has been approved by the competent authority from 03.04.2026 to 04.04.2026 (48 hours).
During this period, pumping of raw water from Phase-III Kajauli to Water Works Sector 39, Chandigarh will remain suspended. Therefore, the water supply timings in the entire city of Chandigarh during these two days will be regulated as under:

Morning Supply: 03:30 AM to 09:00 AM — Water supply at full pressure.
Evening Supply: 06:00 PM to 08:30 PM — Water supply at low pressure.
*04.04.2026*
Morning Supply: 03:30 AM to 09:00 AM — Water supply at full pressure.
Evening Supply: 06:00 PM to 08:30 PM — Water supply at low pressure.
Residents are requested to store adequate water and cooperate with the Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh during the shutdown period.
