New Delhi, December 3, 2025: Rajya Sabha MP from Punjab, Rajinder Gupta, called on Union Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shri Nitin Gadkari, to discuss key road infrastructure issues concerning Punjab.
During the meeting, Shri Gadkari informed that the Delhi–Katra Expressway is already connected up to Khanauri in Punjab.

- The Malerkotla access will be made fully operational by the end of March 2026, and

Gupta thanked Shri Gadkari for his positive response and his supportive, development-oriented approach toward strengthening Punjab’s road infrastructure.
