Video goes viral on alleged deaths of dogs and other animals on Dehradun Expressway, Activist demand shut down of Expressway

Dehradun, April 21, 2026: A traveller has posted a video from Dehradun Expressway, which was recently inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on which bodies of several dogs and other animals can been seen lying.
Activists are demanding that such highway should be shut down immediately to stop murder of animals.
