  Patiala (Punjab), April 29, 2026: Union Minister of State for Railways Ravneet Singh Bittu on Wednesday visited the site of the IED blast on the Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) line near Shambhu in Punjab’s Patiala district to assess the situation.
  
  During his visit, Bittu reviewed ground conditions and interacted with officials regarding the incident.
